Our round the clock RN staff supervises your individual care plan to insure you get the help you need for recovery and a safe return.
Nursing delivery is oversighted by our Director and Assistant Director of Nursing. Working with Rehabilitation, Dietary, Social Services, and Activities, we will develop the best possible care plan in an interdisciplinary team meeting and through daily clinical discussions of resident conditions. We will ensure that your stay here will be as pleasant as possible, and that your return home will be as soon as possible after having attained your maximum functional ability. We know you want to return home, and we want to get you there.
Interdisciplinary teams review every residents condition thoroughly, and our discharge planning encompasses the care necessary to assure a safe return home.
