Melissa J. Martin, MSW, MLNHA
President/Administration
Melissa J. Martin serves as the president and head of administration for Bangor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, joining BNRC in March 2021. A Maine native, Martin earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maine, and her master’s degree in social work through the University of New England. She also completed her Administrator in Training Program to become a long-term care facility administrator. She has more than 20 years of managerial health care experience in various institutions in Maine.
Brian Donahue, MBA
Chief Financial Officer
Brian G. Donahue is the chief financial officer for Bangor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, joining BNRC in 2013. A Bangor native, Donahue earned his MBA from Boston College. He has more than 30 years of financial management experience, specifically related to the health care industry.
Linda Foley, MSN, RN, MBA, CIC
Director of Nursing
Linda Foley joined BNRC in November 2021, to oversee the nursing team and ensure a high level of quality care that complies with all federal, state and local care guidelines. She is a registered nurse and has a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in nursing, as well as a master’s degree in Business Administration, from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. She also earned a graduate degree in Infection Prevention from American Sentinel University in Aurora, Colorado. Foley is board certified in Infection Prevention and Control. She has worked in the health care industry for 24 years.
